Role
We're looking for an account executive to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships with Fortune 500 customers as they adopt Fluency across their entire organization.
You'll combine deep technical understanding of our platform with enterprise sales expertise to help transformation leaders reimagine how work gets mapped, measured, and optimized. This means running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with engineering, product, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders while building executive relationships that close deals.
You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to enterprise evaluations, pilots, and rollouts. You'll become a trusted product expert who can articulate ROI, navigate organizational complexity, and drive deals to close in 60-day cycles. You'll work directly with founders, field engineers, and the product team to influence what we build and how we position it.
The technical challenges are real: you're selling a category that doesn't exist yet to executives who need to justify $50M+ AI budgets. You'll need to understand complex data infrastructure, speak credibly to CTOs and CIOs, and build business cases that board-level executives stake their careers on.

- Building and managing a healthy pipeline that meets and exceeds quarterly revenue targets in a new market category
- Becoming a trusted product expert who guides Fortune 500 prospects through end-to-end sales cycles—from first call to enterprise rollout, navigating procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations
- Developing executive relationships with CIOs and transformation leaders while building day-to-day champions across the organization
- Running enterprise evaluations and pilots that prove value quickly, with clear ROI cases showing operations transformation outcomes—helping customers justify AI investments to their boards
- Partnering closely with field engineers and the product team to influence delivery roadmap and drive outcome-focused engineering
- Building sales playbooks, refining messaging, and working directly with founders on deal strategy for a category we're creating from scratch
