Fluency is a work intelligence platform that shows large enterprises where AI will have the biggest impact by finding the best work to automate first. It observes work at the point of execution, deploys AI agents, and measures results against an observed baseline.

Fluency works in four steps:

  1. Observe. A desktop agent runs on employee computers and captures work across systems, teams and apps as it happens. There are no integrations to build.
  2. Map. Fluency turns the observations into a work ontology: a map of the processes, tasks, people, systems and handoffs it has seen. The map updates as work changes.
  3. Rank. Fluency scores every candidate for automation by time saved, frequency, rework rate and cost. It classifies each candidate as either a programmatic automation or an AI agent candidate.
  4. Deploy and measure. Fluency deploys AI agents against the candidates the customer approves. It measures throughput, completeness, quality and rework rate against the baseline it observed before the change. The agents continue to work accurately regardless of upstream or downstream changes to work in the business, because they reference the work ontology as it evolves.

No. Fluency observes work, not workers. There is no keystroke logging and no screen recording. Fluency analyzes work at the workflow level and does not attribute activity to an individual. It does not rank or score the productivity of one person. All personally identifiable information and sensitive data unique to each business are detected and redacted.

Fluency measures ROI against an observed baseline. Before any change, Fluency records how the process runs: how often it runs, how long it takes, how many people it involves, and how often the work is redone.

After an automation or AI agent is deployed, Fluency tracks the same process and reports the change in throughput, completeness, quality and rework rate. The measurement uses observed work, not surveys, self-reporting or adoption dashboards.

No. Fluency does not need API connections, an IT project, or direct access to your systems. The desktop agent observes work at the operating system level, so Fluency does not need to be integrated into the applications your teams use. Deployment takes under an hour with zero integrations. Nobody has to sit in an interview, fill a form or change how they work.

Process mining tools read event logs from the systems they are connected to, such as an ERP or CRM. They see the steps those systems record. Work that happens between systems, in email, spreadsheets, browsers and chat, does not appear in a log.

Fluency observes work at the point of execution, on the desktop, so it sees work inside and between systems without an integration. Process mining tools observe and model work. Fluency is built for enterprises with 1,000 employees or more. The strongest fit is organizations with 10,000 to 50,000 employees. It works best in functions that run repeatable work across many systems: finance, operations, shared services, procurement, compliance and customer success.

The typical buyer is the Chief Operating Officer. The CIO, CTO or head of AI, and the IT and security teams, take part in the decision. Fluency is not a fit for companies that want employee monitoring, companies whose work happens on the phone, or teams looking for a general AI chat tool.

Fluency is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, with independent audits and third-party penetration testing. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
