Added: Initiatives — A new dedicated space to plan, track, and manage transformation initiatives. Includes a kanban board with drag-and-drop status updates, milestone editing, search and filtering, and the ability to commit opportunities into actionable initiatives.
Added: AI-powered milestone generation — When opportunities are discovered, Fluency now automatically generates 3–7 implementation milestones — giving you a ready-made roadmap from discovery to deployment.
Added: Process feedback with Slack integration — Submit feedback on any process, procedure, or opportunity directly from the app. Feedback is routed to a dedicated Slack channel for fast triage by your team.
Added: Cross-team workflow grouping — Workflows are now grouped by primary artifact with lineage-scoped views, making it easier to trace how work flows across teams and systems.

Added: Opportunities CRUD — Create, edit, commit, and manage automation opportunities with a dedicated system prompt editor. Opportunities can now be committed per-user for personalized tracking.
Added: Configurable hourly rates for ROI calculations — Set organization-wide or team-specific hourly rates that feed directly into opportunity ROI calculations. Rates update ROI estimates instantly as you adjust them.
Added: Execution trends with configurable time ranges — The analytics dashboard now lets you view execution trends by week, month, quarter, or year with adaptive chart granularity and a total executions metric.
