Operations Lead

Role

We're looking for an operations leader to own and scale the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable our team to move at peak velocity. You'll oversee business operations across finance, HR, recruiting, vendor management, legal coordination, and office operations. This means building the foundational systems that let a 6-person team scale to 100+ without breaking—automating workflows, optimizing processes, and ensuring cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, sales, and leadership. You'll be equal parts strategist and executor. You'll identify bottlenecks and build solutions, support financial planning and KPI tracking, shape our high-performance culture with scalable people processes, and lead high-impact strategic projects from investor readiness to launch operations. You'll work directly with founders on everything that matters. The technical and operational challenges are real: you need to understand product and engineering functions well enough to systemize their workflows, build growth playbooks and strategy, implement workflow automation across the company, and organize communications, documentation, and CRM systems so everyone operates at maximum efficiency.
