Fluency vs Consultants vs Celonis vs Mimica vs Worktrace: The Foundation for AI Transformation

Top global enterprises are chasing three things with AI:

Consultants

Consultants are the traditional form of mapping out an enterprise's operations and processes. While consultants are good at creating alignment around how work should happen, their output process document goes stale immediately.

Consultants shadowing employees, running workshops and interviews are merely a snapshot into how work was done 3 months prior to the document being released. Processes, behaviours and software literacy evolves over time.

Mimica

Worktrace
